This waterjet cutting machine is custom-designed for the deep processing of marble, granite, slabs, quartz, and other stone materials. Paired with IGEMS professional stone cutting programming software, it integrates a fully automatic feeding mechanism and a hydraulic tilting worktable, enabling one-stop processing of all processes for marble slabs, including cutting, drilling, irregular cutting, 45° chamfering, curved beveling, and countertop mosaic. It is widely used in stone processing plants for kitchen and bathroom countertops, feature walls, stone mosaics, stair treads, and tombstone carvings. It solves the industry pain points of traditional stone processing, such as laborious manual loading and unloading, cumbersome flipping processing, poor cutting accuracy, and high chipping and breakage rates, achieving automated and continuous production of marble slabs.
